Bright Designs & Business Solutions has been part of the St. Joseph, MO community since 2006. What started as Dynamic Designs — a small local print shop with a straightforward mission — has grown into a full-service custom apparel and business solutions company with deep roots in this city and the surrounding region.

Our History

We opened as Dynamic Designs in 2006, serving the custom apparel needs of St. Joseph businesses, sports teams, and individuals. In 2017, we rebranded as Bright Designs to reflect the expanded range of services we’d built over a decade of operation. Around 2022, we added the Business Solutions arm of the company, broadening our scope to include broader branding, signage, and promotional capabilities. In 2023 we moved to our current location at 2308 North Belt Highway — a facility equipped for in-house DTF printing, embroidery, sublimation, and large format production under one roof.

Everything In-House

The core of what makes Bright Designs different is simple: we do everything ourselves. Design, digitizing, DTF printing, sublimation, embroidery, and large format signage are all produced in-house at our St. Joseph facility. We don’t outsource to a third-party embroiderer. We don’t broker your order to a production warehouse in another state.

We also source blank garments directly — no domestic distributor markup. That’s how we keep pricing competitive without cutting corners on quality. When you order from Bright Designs, you’re getting the output of people who care about what they make, produced on equipment we own, in a building we operate.

Bright Designs is woven into the fabric of this community. We produce spirit wear for nine local high schools. We’ve outfitted semipro football teams including the St. Joseph Bucks. We’ve supported fundraiser campaigns for local causes like Johnny’s Fight and TeamTimmy. We’re active members of the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce.
