Can I Mix Different Designs on One Order? (Yes, and Here's How)

We get this question a lot — and honestly, it's a great one. Whether you're outfitting a family reunion where everyone wants their own name on the back, or you're a small business with a handful of employees who each need something slightly different, the answer is: yes, you absolutely can mix designs on a single order.
How Does Mixing Designs Work?
The magic word here is gang sheet. A gang sheet is basically one big transfer sheet that we load up with multiple different designs — all at once. Instead of running a separate print job for every single design, we nest them all together on one sheet and print them in one pass.
That means you could have five different designs on one order — no problem. One shirt with a name, another with a logo, another with a funny graphic for the kids. We sort it all out in-house right here in St. Joseph, MO, so nothing gets lost in translation.
No Minimums Per Design — Seriously
One of the biggest advantages of DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is that there are no minimums per design. You need just one shirt with Design A and three shirts with Design B? Done. You don't have to order a dozen of each just to make a print run work.
This is huge for:
Families — everyone gets their own design without committing to a bulk run
Sports teams — different player names and numbers on each shirt
Small businesses — different roles or departments, different designs
Event organizers — personalized shirts without the hassle
How Do I Submit an Order Like This?
It's simpler than you might think. Here's what we need from you:
All of your artwork files (PNG with transparent background works great for DTF)
A note that tells us which design goes on which garment (a simple list works fine)
Garment sizes and colors for each piece
Any placement notes — chest, full front, sleeve, etc.
Since we handle everything in-house, you're not dealing with a middleman passing files back and forth. We see your order, we build the gang sheet, we press the transfers, we ship it out. That keeps things fast and accurate — no broken telephone, no delays waiting on a vendor three states away.
