Most custom apparel shops hide their pricing. We don't. Below is our standard pricing for custom t-shirts, add-ons, and wholesale DTF transfers. Every order gets a custom quote — but this gives you a real starting point before you even pick up the phone.

The P.A.N.D.A. Program — Pick A New Design Anytime

Our P.A.N.D.A. Program is simple: all apparel purchases made within 30 days count toward better quantity pricing — even if you order different designs each time. Order 6 today, 8 next week with a new design, and 12 more later this month — your pricing tier upgrades automatically based on your 30-day total. No need to commit to one design, order everything at once, or worry about missing sizes.

Standard Custom T-Shirt Pricing

Based on Gildan Basic or Softstyle tees. Includes one standard full-color DTF print, print and press, and sizes S through XL. No setup fees. No screen charges.

• 1 shirt — $24.99 each

• 2 shirts — $21.99 each

• 3 shirts — $19.99 each

• 4 shirts — $17.99 each

• 5 shirts — $16.99 each

• 6 shirts — $15.99 each

• 7 shirts — $14.99 each

• 8 shirts — $13.99 each

• 9 shirts — $13.49 each

• 10 shirts — $12.99 each

• 11 shirts — $12.49 each

• 12 to 23 shirts — $12.00 each

• 24 to 47 shirts — $10.00 each

• 48 to 74 shirts — $9.50 each

• 75 to 99 shirts — $9.00 each

• 100 to 149 shirts — $8.50 each

• 150 or more — Custom Quote

Size Upcharges

Sizes S through XL are included in base pricing. Larger sizes:

• 2XL — add $2.50

• 3XL — add $3.00

• 4XL — add $4.00

• 5XL and up — call for pricing

Optional Add-Ons

• Left chest crest print — add $3.00 per shirt

• Second full print — add $5.00 per shirt

• Names — add $4.00 per shirt

• Numbers — add $3.00 per shirt

• Names and numbers together — add $5.00 per shirt

Wholesale DTF Transfer Pricing

Need transfers only? We produce wholesale DTF gang sheets on 24 inch film with a 22 inch printable area. Pricing is straightforward: $0.40 per linear inch of gang sheet length. Measure your total sheet length and multiply by $0.40.

• Small crest up to 4 inches wide — approximately $1.60 to $2.40

• Full back print approximately 11x12 inches — approximately $4.80

Wholesale transfers are available to decorators, businesses, and print shops. Contact us to discuss gang sheet setup and volume pricing.

A Few Important Notes

• Pricing above is for standard Gildan garments. Premium brands and specialty fabrics are available at different price points.

• No minimums. We do single items.

• No setup fees. No screen charges.

• Design fees vary by project. Using your existing artwork may have no charge.
