How to Order Team Uniforms | Bright Designs St. Joseph MO

Team uniform orders are some of our most common projects at Bright Designs. Whether it's a semipro football team, a local school, a rec league, or a corporate squad, the process is the same — and we've been doing it for nearly 20 years. Here's how it works.

Step 1 — Tell Us About the Team

Start with the basics: how many players, what sport or activity, what you're looking for in terms of style, and any colors or branding you need to match. If you have existing uniforms you want to match or improve on, send us a photo.

Step 2 — We Design the Uniform

Our design team builds out the full uniform concept. We handle logos, numbers, names, and any custom graphics. You'll see a design proof before anything goes to production — and we make changes until it's exactly right.

Step 3 — Size Collection

We'll provide a size chart and work with you to collect sizes from your roster. Getting sizes right upfront is critical — once production starts, changes aren't always possible. We offer Youth XS through Adult 4XL on most garments.

Step 4 — Sample Run for Bulk Orders

For larger uniform orders, we run a sample first. You approve the physical sample before we produce the full run. This protects you and ensures the finished product matches expectations — something you simply can't do with an online printer.

Step 5 — Production and Delivery

Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days after payment and artwork approval. Rush options are available if your season is coming up fast. Local pickup is free. We can also deliver within 100 miles or ship anywhere in the world.
