Need your custom apparel fast? Bright Designs & Business Solutions has been producing custom shirts, embroidery, DTF prints, banners, and signs in St. Joseph, Missouri since 2006 — and we know deadlines are real. Here's exactly how our production turnaround works.
Standard Production: 10–14 Business Days
Our standard production turnaround is 10–14 business days. The clock starts only after all four of the following are complete:
Payment is received
Artwork is approved
Garment and item availability is confirmed
Final quantities and sizes are submitted
Shipping time is not included in production estimates.
Rush Service Options
When you're working against a deadline, we have three rush tiers available. Rush availability is subject to our current production workload and is not guaranteed until officially confirmed by Bright Designs.
Level 3 Rush — 5 to 7 Business Days
+20% rush charge | Minimum $25 rush fee
Best for business apparel, team orders, event shirts, and projects with a moderate deadline. This is our most accessible rush tier and works well for most time-sensitive projects.
Level 2 Rush — 3 to 4 Business Days
+40% rush charge | Minimum $50 rush fee
Designed for priority event orders, last-minute uniforms, business launches, and fast-track production needs. We move your project to the front of the queue.
Level 1 Emergency Rush — 24 to 48 Hours
+75% rush charge | Minimum $100 rush fee
Our emergency production service for critical deadlines, emergency replacement orders, and same-day or next-day needs. Level 1 Rush may require production schedule interruption, overtime labor, immediate supplier sourcing, and priority artwork processing.
Why Rush Fees Exist
Rush fees aren't padding — they cover the real costs of moving your project to the front: production schedule interruptions, priority processing, overtime labor, expedited sourcing, and the workflow adjustments required to maintain quality for every customer in our queue. We operate first in, first out. Rush service allows us to prioritize your project without compromising the orders already in production.
Important Rush Policy Notes
Rush production is not guaranteed until officially approved by Bright Designs & Business Solutions.
We reserve the right to decline rush services during peak production periods, large event seasons, or when rush production may negatively impact existing scheduled orders.
Garment and material availability affects all rush tiers.
Artwork must be approved before rush production can begin — delays in artwork approval affect your turnaround.
